Ian’s evening classes start again on the 25
September at Sussex Down’s College in
Eastbourne.
Basic Cookery
‘Basic cookery’ runs on Monday and
Tuesday evenings. This is suitable for complete
beginners or those who want to brush up their
skills. Basic does not mean boring, you will be
taking home some wonderful dishes.
Food with Flair
Wednesday and Thursday is for ‘Food With
Flair’ a slightly more advanced class aimed
at dishes that are good for entertaining and dinner
parties.
The atmosphere is friendly, fun and relaxed with
lots of hands on help from Ian. The courses are for
ten weeks. There will also be two Saturday
workshops in this term, one on bread and baking,
